WEMEAN is recruiting a project manager to support our teams in our sustainable transformation projects(new business models, CSRD, CSR strategies, etc.).
Your responsibilities:
- Contribute to the consulting process and the assignments entrusted to us on the subject of sustainable transformation: implementation of CSRroadmaps, support for mission-driven companies, communication on impactful projects, maturity assessments, etc.
- Contribute to content production: summary and analysis notes, strategic recommendations,position papers, presentation materials, etc.
- Assist the team during client meetings and stakeholder interviews (help with organization, preparation, and follow-up with consultants and the manager).
- Participate in daily monitoring in coordination with the various client teams and in accordance with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Utilize internal digital tools (and participate in their development): mapping, database management and control, network and social influence analysis, etc.
Profile:
- You hold or are about to obtain a Master's degree (or equivalent: MSc, MS, MBA, etc.) in management & innovation, consulting & strategy, CSR and/or sustainable development, or communication (second gap year internship or end-of-studies internship).
- You already have a basic understanding of the major challenges involved in sustainable business transformation and the evolution of ESG frameworks (international standards, legal norms, etc.).
- You are proactive, methodical, and a team player.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- You are curious and eager to get involved in the various areas of the firm.
- You give meaning to your professional project, and you are involved in educational, community, and volunteer projects.
Particularly appreciated features:
- Previous professional experience, particularly in consulting and/or project management.
- Very good command of Microsoft Office.
- English level B2-C1.
