Wemean brings a new consulting philosophy to the PR and communication sector: positive consulting®. WEMEAN was born out of the desire to reinvent the business of advising C-levels and business leaders. We focus on helping CEOS to go from purpose to impact through the nurturing of shared meaning within the organization.

At WEMEAN we aim to create meaning and make corprotate purpose the very foundation of strategy. We believe that purpose is the condition of performance, the secret to effective employee engagment and the key to the creation of widely shared value within society.

Our core belief is that the positive transformation of companies and organisations alike are only possible when the deeper meaning of their collective endeadvour is revealed, communicated and made concrete through commitments and measurable indicators. Only thus can purpose drive impact, only then can  impact really be positive.

Our job here at WEMEAN is to reveal the meaning of business strategies, to translate them in an engaging way and to activate their resonance with all stakeholders. Our job is to give impact to the words and actions of our clients. In the society we now live in, only contributing to the greater good can legitimize the performance of businesses, the attractiveness of companies and the leadership of those at their head.
