About this offer :


As part of a team dedicated to each customer, you will be involved specifically in the firm's Strategy & Transformation activities. You will be involved in a variety of assignments directly related to the positive contribution of private and public players to society:  

  • Impact / ESG / CSR strategy - Strategy for integrating impact issues into the core business activities of supported companies; strategic (re)positioning of native impactplayers; ESG / CSR strategy (benchmarking, maturity diagnosis, stakeholder involvement, etc.) with roadmap construction (objectives, actions, KPIs, deployment over time); creation of ESG benchmarks common to business sectors; structuring of mission-based company systems; development of governance schemes associated with managing these issues within organizations... 
  • Transformation - Support for change management and ownership of impact issues, implementation of roll-out and support for action plans, operationalization of mission-driven company systems, managerial on-boarding strategy, creation of ambassador networks, workshop facilitation, more occasional structuring of impact investment initiatives... 
  • Non-financial reporting - ESG reporting support for companies, with a focus on CSRD implementation support (training, stakeholder mobilization, double materiality matrices, gap analysis, gap closure strategy, etc.). 
  • Training & awareness-raising - Deployment of various awareness-raising formats around major environmental and social issues (climate/biodiversity murals, 2tons workshop, etc.). 

Based on customer needs and the priorities defined by the team, your tasks will include :  

Provide impetus to the consulting approach and manage the assignments entrusted to us by relying on :  

  • A good understanding of customer expectations, their environment and context;   
  • A good command of impact issues (ESG, CSR, CSRD, SFDR, etc.); 
  • A real ability to problematize issues, formalize action plans and implement them independently, and design strategic content C-Level ;  
  • A good ability to delve into the business models of the companies we work with, to systematically link impact and business issues; 
  • A mastery of the logics of change management in organizations; 
  • A good understanding of the governance of these issues; 
  • Good interpersonal skills when interacting with managers and decision-makers;  
  • A taste for managing project teams on a human scale; 
  • The maturity required to take the initiative, make proposals for the customer, and ensure reporting and monitoring of mission implementation.

Profile:

  • You are looking to give meaning to your professional project, and attach real importance to the value of commitment;  
  • You are convinced of the need for companies to make a positive contribution to major social and environmental issues;  
  • You want to quickly grasp the strategic issues (business, stakeholders, image, etc.) facing a company;  
  • You have a Master 2 degree (or equivalent: MBA, MSc, MS, ...) from a Grande Ecole or University;  
  • You speak French (FLE or mother tongue) and have a perfect command of professional English;  
  • You enjoy teamwork, solidarity and group spirit, while being able to handle individual tasks and being used to taking the initiative and working independently;   
  • You have a real ability to adapt to the diversity of companies, contacts and cultural environments with which you may be confronted;   
  • You are able to conceptualize and present your ideas with great rigor and clarity of expression;  
  • You have a real knowledge of and curiosity about impact issues in the broadest sense, and are familiar with the levers needed to manage strategic projects in companies (benchmark, SWOT, action plans, governance models, etc.); 
  • You have significant professional experience (5 to 7 years) in one of the following areas or roles:  
    • Strategy/transformation/change management consulting firms ; 
    • Strategy Department / Corporate Transformation Department ; 
    • Chief of staff or other cross-functional management position in a start-up. 
  • You have a perfectcommand ofbasic office tools (i.e. Word®, Excel® & Powerpoint®).
