Your role in the team

Depending on your specific skills and expertise, you will take part in a variety of missions and discover our business expertise:

  • communication and influence strategy / crisis management / executive coaching and training ;
  • raison d'être and mission-driven companies / strategic project development / new governance ;
  • positive public affairs (advocacy, lobbying, valuing commitment in the success of public action);
  • impact investment strategies / change management / strategic transformation ;
  • ...

Based on customer needs and the priorities defined by the team, your tasks will include :

  • Contribute your views on the major issues addressed by WEMEAN.
  • Contribute to the consulting approach and to the missions entrusted to us.
  • Participate in daily monitoring in coordination with the various customer teams and according to the firm's strategic challenges.
  • Help prepare institutional interviews and follow up with consultants and manager.
  • Contribute to the production of content: analysis notes, strategic recommendations, presentation materials, visuals, etc.
  • Exploit internal digital tools (and participate in their development): automated monitoring, text mining, network analysis, social influence analysis, mapping, press files, etc.
  • Assist the team during customer meetings and media training sessions.
  • Interact with stakeholders (public authorities, civil society, Civic Tech, media, etc.).

To ensure that every internship is a real learning opportunity, we guarantee ongoing support and real progress towards acquiring the skills of a junior consultant.

You'll work under the supervision of a clearly identified internship supervisor and as part of the customer teams. Each team member will be on hand to help you progress throughout your internship, and to supervise you as you carry out your assignments.

Your assets

  • You give meaning to your professional project, and you may already be involved in educational, community or volunteer projects - whether or not they are linked to your university course.
  • You hold or are in the process of obtaining a master 2 (or equivalent: MBA, MSc, MS, ...) from the university ora great school in :
    • right,
    • public affairs, 
    • management & innovation, 
    • management sciences, 
    • human sciences (literature, philosophy, history, sociology).
  • You speak French (FLE or mother tongue). Another foreign language is highly appreciated.
  • You can write with rigor of thought, clarity of expression and clear articulation of ideas.
  • You are committed to your work, demanding and responsible.
  • You have a detailed knowledge of the institutional and/or media environment, and above all, you want to be in contact with it!
  • You have a perfect command of office automation tools (i.e. Word®, Excel® & Powerpoint®) and are ready to discover new software and new professional digital uses.

  • Hiring: from January 2022.

  • Length of internship: 5 months (minimum) to 6 months (maximum).
  • Gratification: according to profile + Navigo reimbursement (50%) + Swile (eq. "titres restaurant")
  • Management: 1 mentor.
  • Workplace : on-site at 32, avenue de l'Opéra (Paris2e) and telecommuting (subject to current health protocol). A professional laptop is provided for the duration of the internship.
