Eugénie Gros

Consultant

Fully aware of the need for rapid, coherent responses to the social and environmental problems facing our societies, Eugénie is convinced that companies have a role to play. They can make a major contribution to the necessary transition, and they also have a vested interest in taking part in it. Eugénie joined WEMEAN to help managers explore the different ways in which their companies can contribute to the common good.

Before joining the team as a consultant, Eugénie worked as an impact analyst for the Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital investment fund. There, she analyzed the social and environmental impact potential of numerous companies and contributed to the development of specific internal tools to refine these analyses. This experience enabled her to acquire a solid understanding of the issues specific to impact investing, particularly in emerging countries.

Eugénie was also in charge of support for a social entrepreneurship program in Tanzania, and was thus able to come face to face with the reality of entrepreneurship, and discover that it can be a powerful lever for responding to social and environmental problems that more than ever call for innovative solutions.

  • Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital - Impact Analyst (September 2021 - June 2023)
