Anne Lefrançois

Project Manager

Aware that changes in our society require a real commitment, Anne began her career by focusing on environmental and social issues, which showed her the importance of collaboration between the public and private sectors. In this context, she wrote a dissertation on the challenges and constraints faced by the French public authorities on the issue of energy-efficient renovation of private buildings.

With a background in literary preparatory classes and a master's degree in National and European Public Affairs from the Institut Catholique de Paris, her academic experience combines political and literary aspects, enabling her to grasp current societal issues at both national and European level.
Anne was convinced to join the Wemean team because she wanted to be part of the development of positive, meaningful consulting, particularly in relation to issues linked to the Loi Pacte and responsible communication.
  • Project Manager, WEMEAN (since March 2022)
  • Master 2 National and European Public Affairs, Institut Catholique de Paris
  • Public Affairs Officer, LSF Energie (2021)
  • Master 1 National and European Public Affairs, Institut Catholique de Paris
After a hypokhâgne and a khâgne, Anne also completed a Licence 3 in Applied Foreign Languages at the Sorbonne, and went on to do a Masters in National and European Public Affairs at the Institut Catholique de Paris.
