Pierre Baussier

Manager

Pierre Baussier specializes in the formalization of corporate purpose, its operational and transformative dimensions, and organizational crisis communication.

Trained in classical humanities, Pierre BAUSSIER's first experience of public relations came during a diplomatic crisis at the French Embassy in South Africa. After writing a dissertation on the internationalization of social controversies, he joined a management consultancy as a consultant, helping to define communications strategies and acting as a writer.

Convinced that purpose is the major strategic lever through which companies will transform and organize their relationships with their ecosystem as well as with society as a whole, he joined WEMEAN at its inception in 2018.

From April 2020, he will be writing a thesis on institutional models for economic representation of citizens. Pierre holds degrees in history and international relations from the Université Paris-I-Panthéon-Sorbonne, and in public law from the Université Paris-I and the ENS.
